Returning high school guest students complete only the authorization form. The form does not need to be submitted to the high school or signed by a school official if the student is a high school guest. If the student is younger than age 18 when applying, the authorization must be signed by a parent or guardian.

You must submit additional information such as school records, proof of financial resources, proof of English ability and proof of health insurance to complete your application process. Upon receiving your Form I-20 and paying your SEVIS I-901 fee, you will need to apply for an F-1 visa.
